We took a small space and opened it up for this family and chef by opening up the wall to the family room. Repositioning the sink and range allowed for increased countertop space for food prep and serving while open shelves for spices provided easy access. The medium toned maple cabinets brightened up the space without losing its warm and welcoming feeling.
